Some years ago the traveler arrived, it was gigantic
It enabled us to colonize neighboring planets
then a mysterious darkness almost cost our existence
those who survived became the Traveler's dependents
a humongous moon sized alien life form perched
high above our very last city on Earth

dont tag along if you squeamish, as we battle on Venus
such a phenomenal squadron, you bound to know who my team is
alien enemies? yeah I've probably shot them all
defeating legions of creatures, from Fallen to Cabal
they've ruined our ancient human civilizations

if the darkness returns, they say that we wont survive it
